Project Management Industrial

  • Launch team member overseeing of logic and machine runoff of data collecting logic of a 250 million dollar installation.
  • Design and develop for project, cost estimating, scheduling, training, and maintaining a project control plan.
  • Maintain project costs, invoices and budgets to keep multiple projects on-time and within budget.

PLC Controls

  • Design for PLC, network and data acquisition.
  • Programming of manual and automatic machine functions for monitoring data through the local area networks (Modbus Plus, Category 5, Siemens H1, Profibus, Fiber and ISDN).
  • Maintain production equipment by supporting electricians troubleshooting electrical and logical control systems.
  • Develop POSMon logic and install logic into PLC controllers. Use Historical and PLC data to verify, develop and improve machine PLC logic to correctly display data that supports the product build for increased production and proper machine maintenance. This work performed at machine vendor sites and on the plant floor during operation.
  • Assist electricians, machine vendor, plant management and supporting personnel in problem solving and developing solutions for chronic process and historic data issues.
  • Support to machine operators in correcting machine functions to maintain machine part build.
  • Perform emergency troubleshooting of electrical power and controls systems to identify and correct malfunctions.
  • Integrate instrumentation and control equipment to create a complete operational site system for ongoing onsite and remote operations.
  • Program chemical treatment that is continuously monitored by PLC functions and automatically injected into system when and where needed.

System Analyst

  • Design and coordinate with plant engineering on the installation of required plant floor communications network.
  • Support production by working with machine techs, production supervisors, process engineers and plant management to provide data collection for machine function.
  • Measure and monitor business benefits of plant floor applications related to production.
  • Hardware and software configuration for PC support with Ethernet, PLC, remote I/O, POSMon, Plant Configuration(PCON), Alarm Notification(ANS), Wonderware, SQL and QLS-CM, Global Tooling System(GTS), Condition Indicator Analysis Box(CIAB)
  • Review machine reports and work with plant productivity, and managers to increase line jobs per hour (JPH).
  • Develop self-contained alarming systems that would dial security personnel during appropriate conditions.
